Health Balancing Sessions are customized to suit your needs and may include your choice of:


Hoop Coaching - Learn to hoop in a way that is good for your body especially if you haven't hooped before or for many years. Learn ways to flow and relax as you hoop and use the hoop to tone and soothe your whole body. My playful hoop and stretch is fun and highly effective to maintain youth, vigor and poise AND to bring spinal and healing relief .
Get your custom fitted hoop and learn best ways to hoop with ease so you take care of your body as you learn or relearn to hoop (in my healthy body soothing way). Private hula hoop trick instruction, hoop workout, and hula hoop dance instructions. See my adult hooping page for info on hooping and it's benefits.

Bodywork - Gentle pressure is applied to create a healing experience and relieve stress and pain. Similar to massage but you wear loose clothing and lie on a comfortable mat while I stretch you gently through yoga poses or guide you in a special relaxation technique. I help you open tight areas in your body and induce relaxation and a fuller range of motion.

Gentle Stretch - Learn easy ways to make your spine and hips flexible, healthy and agile. I teach you skills and self-care strategies you can repeat at home to soothe yourself while energizing your body.

Food and Mindset Coaching - Learn small or big changes you can make to get the results you want. I am uniquely experienced in reading body symptoms to help you uncover the causes and solutions for your dietary issues. *We can address issues from nasal congestion, fatigue, losing weight, gaining flexibility and energy, relieving stress, pain and tension; gaining shape, boosting immunity, uplifting one's mood, understanding a gluten-free diet, learning to cook naturally, thyroid issues and more.
Choose one of the above or all three for your session. You can schedule an individual session or a special series of sessions to arm you with cutting edge self-care knowledge.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of planned session.  Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice must be made up within one week or two weeks if one is ill.
